Get Fit Twin Cities is a 100-day fitness challenge to get you motivated and moving to adopt healthy habits that will help you to feel better, look better and live longer!
Get Fit is a fun and easy way to jump start healthy habits that will help people feel better, look better and live healthier lives. By participating in Get Fit you will begin to form healthy habits through physical activity and improved nutrition. Registration is open until March 1.
Step 1: Form team of 2-10 friends, family members or co-workers.
Step 2: Choose a team name and team captain who registers the team online before March 1.
Step 3: Start moving and motivate and support your teammates in their efforts to add more exercise into their life. Track your minutes of physical activity via the website or paper tracking form.
Step 4: Report your weekly minutes of activity by logging into the website or asking your captain to report for you.
